At American Factory Direct Furniture, we pride ourselves in providing above and beyond delivery service. We offer our clients the ability to track their delivery live and in real time via our website. American Factory Direct delivery teams are company employees not a third-party source or contract workers. Your furniture will arrive to your home in an American Factory Direct delivery truck designed for the furniture industry.

In an effort to ensure the best possible delivery experience, we would like for you to take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with our delivery processes. Additionally, we would like to remind you to inform your sales associate of any obstructions that could prohibit our trucks from accessing your home. i.e. low power lines, tree branches or narrow roadways. Your, delivery is very important to us so if there is any part of our delivery process that you would like clarified please ask your sales associate or feel free to call our delivery coordinator at 985-871-0300 ext. 319

Any item(s) that are special order, personalized or custom-made are not eligible for a refund. All sales are final. We reserve the right to repair all defect and damages in lieu of accepting returns of special ordered furniture. ETA of items are typically 8-12 weeks.

Please measure your room, doorways, and hallways to ensure the merchandise can be brought into the room and fit in its desired area.

All special orders are covered by the factory warranty if a warranty is provided by the manufacturer. Special orders cannot be cancelled if the item takes longer to arrive than anticipated. AFD is not responsible for any factory delays.

All stocked accessory items may be returned within three days for a full refund, in the form of a store credit. Special Orders and delivery fees are non-refundable for any reason.

Due to the absorbent nature of fabrics upholstered furniture, bedding and rugs may not be returned. In the event you need to cancel an online order, please contact us by email at

If you need to change something about your order, such as a color, finish type, product or quantity, simply contact our online sales team by phone. An online sales team member will ask for your order number. If you do not have that handy, your name and “bill to” information will be required. It is our policy to send an e-mail confirming the change on the original order.

Please do not refuse delivery because of minor damage or factory defects. American Factory Direct has industry leading service technicians. They can usually take care of a service claim much more quickly than the manufacturer and with less inconvenience to you.

Once delivered, you have 3 business days to request a return. American Factory Direct is prepared to offer a 100% refund, in the form of a store credit on the item minus any delivery or fabric protection plan costs on previously in-stock items, excluding mattresses.

The majority of items in our store have a 12 month factory warranty on parts and labor provided only by the manufacturer. AFD does not provide any warranty, express or implied. Manufacturer warranties do not cover delivery damages or normal wear & tear. Warranties do not cover cover assessment and/or transportation charges to correct any defect. Manufacturer authorized replacements or repairs made on an AFD delivery truck are subject to the current delivery charge. Property damage must be noted at time of delivery on the delivery receipt. Claims made after delivery may be considered warranty work and are subject to an assessment fee, Any missed service call will be charged a re-set fee. Delivery destination must be with 60 Miles of store location where Tempur-Pedic® Mattress was purchased. Excludes canceled or changed orders. Excludes Discontinued, floor model or clearance Tempur-Pedic® Mattresses. Same day Tempur-Pedic® delivery is guaranteed on in-stock Tempur-Pedic® mattresses only. If ordering an adjustable base or additional items, same day delivery may not be guaranteed. We offer our customers a 30-90 Night Sleep Guarantee starts on your delivery date or pick up date.

A mattress protector MUST be purchased in order to qualify for the mattress sleep guarantee reselection policy. You are required to keep your mattress for a minimum of 30 days. This is industry standard to give you time to adjust to your beds expected comfort level. If after 30-90 days, you are not happy with the comfort you may reselect to a different mattress that is equal or a greater value. This one-time mattress guarantee applies to your original mattress purchase only; this does not include the foundation or adjustable base. Foundations, frames, adjustable bases, pillows, and mattress protectors are all non-returnable and are not part of a Mattress Sleep Guarantee Reselection Policy. All mattress reselections are subject to a $99.95 fee that covers handling, inspection and pick up of your original mattress and delivery of your new mattress. Special orders, floor models and closeouts do not qualify for the reselect policy. These mattresses are sold as is.

It is important for you to inspect your delivery carefully. If damage is noted, do not assemble the product. Instead, notify us immediately (within 1 day of delivery). If the item is assembled, it may result in the denial of a replacement piece.

All items returned must be in new condition, unused, unassembled, unmodified and in the original packaging material. Items returned under this policy are eligible for a store credit. (Please note: Made-to-order, personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for a refund.) The full purchase price minus our actual shipping and handling costs will be refunded as a store credit. It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping cost to return the item to us.

Many of our products have small shipping rates. Please take note that if you return one of these products, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy where round trip shipping costs and applicable fees will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
