American Factory Direct honors manufacturers’ warranties for one year. Manufacturer warranties may cover some items longer than one year; however labor is for one year only.
When purchasing full set up and delivery service, we will send our professionally trained service technician to your home. Delivery damages/defects must be reported within three days of delivery. A delivery damage claim form can be submitted through the AFD website at www.afd-furniture.com. We reserve the right to repair any damaged/defective merchandise in lieu of replacement per manufacturer warranty and store policy.
Items purchased “AS IS”, Floor Model Closeouts, Tent Sales, and Warehouse Sale are excluded from warranty claims.
To report any manufacturer defects you must submit a Warranty Claim through the AFD website within 12 months of your delivery.
